Like so many Bangladeshis – the manager S. M. Mizanur Rahman (pictured left) – was very friendly, helpful and even organized the daily badminton game in the motel’s parking lot.


Mahasthangarh

The citadel at Mahasthangarh is an ancient city and another important archeological site in Bangladesh.  We almost didn’t go there but after being told such great stories of the history of the place – off we went.
