After waking up and discovering that I couldn’t open my right eye I looked over at Paul but he just sat there with a big grin on his face. I asked him why he was laughing and it turned out that he had woken up with a very swollen male private part and was very worried about it. Now that he had seen my closed right eyelid – he knew that the swelling was just via a bug bite.
The true architectural landmarks of Oman. They are run by guest workers from the Indian subcontinent and seem to be the main source of food for the country.

The images in this book show what it feels like to be a small and humble cyclist pedaling through the enormous, overpowering landscapes of the world.
Maybe not the most scenic spot – but it was a great place to camp!
